Fiber Component
TCP unit: nylon (orange) + nichrome (steel) twisted together (180° phase offset, 20 turns), tight red sewing thread coil (pitch 0.12mm, semi-transparent) in opposite winding direction. Coil r=0.25mm, pitch=0.6mm.

Head-on view: torus ring = thread coil cross-section (red semi-transparent ring structure), nylon circle + nichrome wire side by side inside. Top-down camera.

Purple PET braided sleeve, 4 fiber units (each = red thread torus ring + inner wires), 1 central kevlar spine + 3 outer kevlar. 4mm ID / 4.8mm OD. Semi-transparent purple sleeve, oil fill.

Purple braided PET sleeve (two counter-rotating interlocking helices), 4 fiber units (each with twisted nylon+nichrome helices + red thread coil), 4 kevlar strands, oil fill. 12mm display length.
SECTION 2 — TENDON COMPONENTS
MODEL 2.1
Tendon Cylinder
0.5mm TPU elastic cord, 2m length. Creep-resistant drive tendon for joint transmission.
MODEL 2.2
Crimp Ferrule
Aluminum crimp ferrule for TPU tendon termination. Crimp with pliers for load-bearing joint connection.
MODEL 2.3
Tendon Assembly
Complete tendon: TPU cord + aluminum crimp ferrules at both ends. Flexor/extensor output to joint pivot.
SECTION 3 — FASCICLE ASSEMBLY
MODEL 3.1
Fascicle — Full
Complete fascicle: 300mm (30cm) x 6mm OD. Cutaway shows strand bundle, nichrome helical, PET sleeve. GLB rendering pending.
MODEL 3.2
Fascicle — Heating Close-Up
Nichrome heater zone: helical coil around fiber bundle, 3mm pitch, ~30mm zone. GLB rendering pending.
